Enka Milk produces milk powder in two alternatives including fatty and fat-free powders, but it may be also produced in skimmed form whenever required. Enka Milk, Raw milk used as raw material in production is transported to factory under health conditions and later, milk is subjected to physical, chemical and microbiological analysis at laboratories with modern equipments and ultimately, it is forwarded to treatment department. Enka, Fat standardization is performed by separators and thus, milk free from gross contamination is subjected to pasteurization and it is concentrated in evaporators; later, concentrated milk is turned into powder using “spray drier” method and final product is analyzed, packed into 20 and 25 kg Kraft bags or 350 gr boxes and thus, milk powder is ready for sale.
