Electro Metal Pressings (Pvt) Ltd, incorporated in 1992, as an Engineering company manufacturing electrical light fittings and other light metal fabrication for the local market. Today the products and services of the Company covers a vast range from Low Voltage power distribution systems , cable management infrastructure and installation, Industrial Automation and Lighting control. The Company operates its segments through its businesses, -based on the markets they serve: Low Voltage, cable Management, Industrial Automation, lighting control and projects. The Company operates not only in Sri Lanka but also in South Asian countries too. Our contribution has awarded us with several local and international awards.
Factory
We are equipped with the machinery and people to deliver high precision top quality products to our customers. We are recognized as an EM1 contractor whom can deliver any large scale electrical engineering project. Also we have been awarded the ISO 9001 certificate since 2008.
LV & MV Panels
The Company's Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Division handles Supply of Low Voltage power Panel Boards, type tested panel boards up to 6000A, Feeder Pillars, Pump Panels, control panel boards chiller panel boards, automatic /manual change over panels, synchronizing panel boards and supply of stainless steel panel boards. Our Qualified team of engineers designs technology solutions for the delivery, management, conversion and optimization of electrical power for customers across multiple energy-intensive industries.
Cable Management Systems
The Company's Cable Management Systems Division supplies equipment for the electrical, data cable systems, trunk-in, tray and Ladder type cable management products custom designed and manufactured in our factory with high precession and Quality with a timely delivery.
Industrial Automation
The Company's Industrial Automation segment is supported by the Allen Blandly products. The segment provides plant automation hardware, software and embedded computing systems, including controllers, embedded systems, advanced software, motion control, operator interfaces and industrial computers.
Lighting and Lighting Controls
The Company's Lighting and Lighting Controls Segment include major appliances and related services for products from Legrand. These products are globally accepted by major consultants, contractors & clients. Over 170,000 items in 98 product families. A complete range of purpose-built systems for all types of electrical installation and data network applications with extended variety of styles to cater for any decor , taste & budget.
