Our story begins in 1997 in Catalca / Istanbul. Company was established in 1500 m2 for the production of refrigerated supermarket cabinets as retailing market has gained an increasing tendency. By using the high technology machinery for production and private capital sourced investments, in a short time Efe has become one of the biggest producers in Turkey.
In the beginning of 2004 we have started the ambitious plan in order to modify all the areas and the structures of the company. We have purchased surrounding neighbourhood and built new buildings to locate the manufacturing facilities, incorporated new machinery, and developed new products to cover all the needs of a hypermarket.
Today we are producing positive and negative remote cabinets, positive integrals in our state of the art factory, pretested according to EN441 regulations. Even one step forward as the world challenges more about the energy consumptions, Life Time Cost calculations are being done and new technology is used for decreasing the running costs of cabinets.
Through the way of searching a total quality, we initiated the process for obtaining ISO Certification and received ISO 9001: 2000 from TUV RHEINLAND. We started to use an ERP software enabling us to control CRM and After Sales Service requirements, we have implemented new QC and QA sytems assuring the product to be complied with CE norms and modified our Test Room to be complied with EN441 regulations.
As a result of our investments we are now exporting to 15 different countries, most of them are located in the core of Europe. All these markets require high efficiency and low cost cabinets.
Today companies are using the advantages of high technology, efficiency and cost cutting programmes for marking their positions in the competition. We are placing "customer is the king" and "Considerable enough is not enough" marketing weapons into our company policy and looking for a position among the European producers.
