Dynajoy Sdn Bhd was incorporated under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 on 23 February 2006.
Our company is principally engaged in the sale and distribution of skin care and health products to beauty salons, health stores and pharmacies and providing management services to beauty salons.
We commenced operation on 1 April 2006.
The Company's first year turnover was RM877,875 and profit before taxation was RM2,437 for the period ended 31 March 2007
During the year 2007 the company has prepared ready sufficient capacity to position itself for a strategic market share in the beauty and health industry in the northern region and correspondingly has embarked on an aggressive marketing and development drive. On the niche areas of beauty the Company has successfully supplied skin care products to some beauty salons in the northern region apart from De Joyce Beauty Care Centre's outlets
Our Company has emphasized the need for diversifying into core related product mix to enlarge the product portfolio by capitalizing on its current status in the marketplace. For the skincare product, we have added a new range of skincare suitable for Asian skin and gives quick, effective yet safe, visible results. This skincare range also enables us to tap into the wholesaling market so as to increase our turnover.
Our Company believes in seeking strategic alliance with its customers, suppliers and employees to achieve mutual win win goals in its relationships. In this respect, the Company has kept constant commitments with its business partners and customers for product knowledge and management improvements. Key and capable employees are constantly indentified for progressive career developments.
For the ensuing year 2008 the Company expects continuing growth in turnover as we are undertaking aggressive expansion drive.
