There are no hidden origination charges to pay and we provide a free colour proofing service to all our business account holders. All our products are manufactured in house by a team of dedicated staff.
Our sales office staff are continually learning about new fabrics and printing techniques, so whilst being very knowledgeable they sometimes wont know every option available. We may ask you to send in a piece of fabric for us to test on, this is the best way for us both to learn and find the best solution available for you and your customer.
Our Design department are fully trained on most design programs for mac and pc platforms so being able to reproduce your design or logo shouldn't be a problem. if for any reason you cant open what your customer has given you, don't panic just send it over and let us do the rest.
