FI - Firefighting equipment: air breathing apparatus, fireman fittings, suits, fire hose boxes, connectors, nozzles, fire monitors, heat isolation suits, and chemical protective suits.
E - Environmental equipment for ship building: 15ppm bilge oil water separators, sewage treatment plants, water tanks, sewage hooding tanks, and engine smoking disposal components.
L - Lifesaving devices: rescue tubes, life buoys, life jackets, life rafts and immersion suits;
D - Marine distress signals.
Company Profile
Men: There are 86 employees in our company. The engineering team consists of 4 experienced engineers and 2 senior engineers. The manufacturing team consists of 18 senior technicians and 26 skilled employees.
Machine: The whole process is equipped with 46 sets of machines including CNC lathes, drilling machines, planners and milling & CNC wire cutting machines.
Material: Out of special concerns of material quality and safety, we purchase materials such as polyester, resin and metal sheets only from qualified vendors, and regular IQC, PQC and OQC with 3rd party tests are strictly conducted.
Method: We have achieved significant improvements in marine fire-fighting, lifesaving and environmental field with new ideas. Our company obtains 2 patents for new inventions and 4 patents for new designs.
Measuring: For inspection and type approval tests, there are special test equipment for air breathing apparatus, light intensity test equipment for buoy/life jacket light, and a test center for bilge separators and a sewage treatment plant. These test centers were qualified by GL Germany.
Quality system: Basic quality control of incoming materials, processed products and finished products is conducted according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Most of our products were qualified by China CCS, and parts of them have been approved by EC, RS, USCG, ABS, and BV certifications to enter oversea markets.
Marketing: With commitment to reputations, our life buoys and life jackets have been sold to Morocco, France, Australia and India, our oil water separators to Malaysia, Singapore, Germany, France, Korea, Japan, Austria and Argentina. The feedback from customers is positive.
