Started as a company specializing in developing multimedia content and Web solutions, Dongsung Media has to date designed and constructed the websites of 70 educational institutions in Jeju-do and managed them. The company is committed to developing up-to-date educational software for varying sectors and has successfully carried out several joint projects in cooperation with the Jeju Office of Education. In 2003, the company participated in the Digital Content 2003, a global exhibition for digital content, which marks the first case of a company in Jeju-do. Through the exhibition, its outstanding technological prowess was well proved. Currently, the company is engaged in the spheres of developing educational content and community, parts of RIS (Regional Innovation System) project. In 2005, the Jeju Regional Small and Medium Business Administration designated Dongsung Media as a company for the project of promoting export-oriented business. The company is also networking with several Chinese companies. Equipped with new technologies relevant to the Internet, Intranet, Database, digital moving images and DVD Solutions, the company is now devoting itself to enhancing the competitive edge of its products and improving convenience for education.
