Dongguan BQ Packaging Products Co. Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the design, production, sales and export of packing products.
The company is mainly engaged in the production of PP, APET, PVC film and other packaging materials, as well as specialized in the production of hang-tags, tags, folders, plastic boxes, cylinders, place-mats, coasters and other plastic products. Our products are widely applied to fields such as food, clothing, home furnishing, baby supplies, electronic products, cosmetics, gifts and so on. Materials used are in compliance with international environmental requirements, and some special materials are anti-static and against scratch, whose static is reduces by 40%-50% than that of normal films.
Our company boasts a printing work team consisting of skilled, experienced and dedicated talents, as well as advanced printing equipment, such as Kobo KBA105, Kodak CTP plate-making machine, etc. After being printed on PP, APET, PVC films, the finished printing products enjoy precise overprint, standard color, as well as strong ink adhesion. Material thickness range: 0.12mm~1.20mm. In addition, we also provide hot stamping, silver, metal color, matte, concave convex, local UV and other special printing effects, which can give full play to the packing design.
During the post-processes, there are fully automatic folding and gluing machine which can automatically paste PP, APET, PVC boxes and lock the bottom. Our mature soft line technology ensure the glue box's folding line enjoy moderate depth, which is soft and flexible, and doesn't break after the long-time folding. Combined with auto-lock technology, the plastic box is simple and convenient, without any tools, and they can be formed just by holding a box bottom, which greatly saves packaging time. The unique set of cutting method easily tackle problems such as the difficult exhausting of holes on plastic cards, tags and other products, and enjoys accurate cutting, smooth incision, as well as fast speed, which is suitable for mass production.
