Plastic injection tooling: Customersneed to provide the parts model ( 2D and 3D design ) and detailedrequirements for the tooling, such as: feed systems ( hot or coldrunner ), tooling life requirements, tooling components standardrequiremens ( China standard, or DEM, HASCO equivalent. ) All thetooling design and manufacturing work will be done by blueocean. Wehave advanced tooling design software and our engineers have richexperience for the tooling design and manufacturing. Every Friday,blueocean will provide the tooling fabrication process report tocustomers with the photos of the tooling. In each tooling test, wewill also provide the FAI dimension report within 3 days tocustomers for the checking. 2. Plastic injection molding: Blueoceanhas plastic injection molding department also. We provide themolding service which need the injection machine from: 60 tons to800 tons. For the molding parts, we also provide the secondoperation work, such as the painting, chrome plating, etc.. 3.Metal CNC machining: We provide the high precision CNC machiningservice to our customers. The maximum size of the machined partscan be: 550 * 500* 350 mm . The material of the machined parts canbe: steel, aluminum and copper. 4. Plastic prototype tooling andparts making. Our company also provide the service the prototypetooling and parts making. For the prototype tooling, the lead timeis from: 20 days to 30 days.
