DIC INTRACO Investment & Trading Joint Stock company, managed by the Ministry of Construction, initially was a subsidiary of DIC Group. Under the decision 1981/QD_BXD issued on 09/12/2004 on enterprise equalization, DIC INTRACO Investment & Trading Joint Stock company was established on 14/01/2005.
