To keep pace with our growth Diamond has expanded and modernised the Meta site many times, and added two new pet food plants, one West Coast facility in Lathrop, California in 1999, and the second in Gaston, South Carolina during 2003. This aggressive expansion program insures our company of keeping pace with our growing business both domestically and internationally, and positions us to operate with maximum efficiency and service to our customers with operations strategically located across the USA.

Diamond Pet Foods has a rapidly growing presence in the global market. Our company is committed to working through a network of independent distribution partners. Through this network, Diamond products are currently available in over 80 markets around the world. In 2001 an international division was established with the dual objective to strengthen the support structure for our distributors and increase the global presence of the company. Kirk Young and David Jack, both former long-time international employees of the global leader in the pet food industry, head up this division as Co-Vice Presidents with Commercial Directors strategically located in France (Ian Pryor - Europe Region) and Argentina (Vincent Cafaro - South America Region) to coordinate our rapid expansion plans and programs.
