Designing Construction Manufacturing Enterprise MDC was registered on the basis of MDC LLC in 2002.From the beginning or its activity the enterprise develops the best engineering traditions of the branch.The enterprise owns 7 patents and 9 applications in the area of the railway passenger transport. 7 more application for the patent have been prepared.Numerous solutions, introduced by our enterprise are unique in Ukrainian transport (metal ceiling of the passenger?s wagon, ?light path?, diode lightning of the operator control board etc)The complex solutions of the national passenger railway car building assume the use of various materials corresponding to the high requirements accepted in the railway transport.Due to the fact mentioned above, we started the manufacturing of the thermoformed plastic decorative panels for the passenger salons. This production is based on the advanced world experience and the partnership with the German chemical enterprises. Such solution reduced expenses considerably while serial manufacturing of the railway stock.Apart from that in cooperation with the enterprises processing nonsaturated reinforced polyether we manufacture the polyether reinforced by fiberglass parts of the interior and the control panels for the railway and locomotive stock.Currently we have finished the successful project of the cabin and the control panel of the passenger diesel locomotive ТEP 150-1r and started the preparation for the serial control panel manufacturing of the modernized electric locomotive VL-40.The partnership with the world recognized companies, namely Hubner Gmbh, EVAC and others makes it possible the solution of the wider range of tasks than just passenger railway stock salon furnishing.
