Cheese and Butter
What differentiates Ukrainian cheese from other types of cheese is its intensive, perhaps even nagging, smell of fully mature cheese. Wheat flour

Sugar is an important food product in the form of crystals ranging in size from 0.2mm to 2.5mm which consist mainly of sugars.
DSTU 4623:2006 Plain sugar. It is referred to carbohydrates that are considered valuable nutrients which provide human body with necessary energy. This product is easily and quickly digested. Sugar has a great energy value, which is about 400 kcal per 100 g. Inside the human body sucrose is split into glucose and fructose and then they get into the bloodstream.
Glucose is able to provide more than half of the human energy.
Moisture, sucrose content, reducing substances, color, pH intensively affect sugar quality. Moreover sugar is hygroscopic.
