We ship to Europe, USA, South America, Australia and to most countries worldwide.
Our factory is located in Buntharik, Ubon Ratchathani province, in northern part of Thailand.
With our online shop, we process orders every day and we promptly reply to any request of our customer or potential customer.
Minimum Order is US $500. Most of our jewellery is either manufactured / assembled to order.
In this case you can expect a manufacturing time of about 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of your order and the products.
When stock is full available, we may be able to prepare your order in few working days (3-5) . Once your order is submitted we will advise you on the expected shipping time.
If stock is available for certain products, but some sizes / models / colors are not available, in this case it is your choice to decide whether to wait longer or replace some sizes / models / colors with others similar in order to speed up the process.

When we receive your order, we will send you a proforma invoice with the expected manufacturing time.
After you confirm (or change) your order, we will send you the definitive invoice and our bank details in order to process the payment.
We also accept transfers by Western Union, although a small commission will be surcharged in this case, due to the low exchange rate applied by this company.
We ship all orders by most major carriers like UPS, DHL, FED-EX, EMS, TNT. If you have any preference, please let us know.
Shipping charges vary depending on your country and the weight of your parcel (s) .
Please keep in mind Crystal Studs is responsable for your order as far as the port of origin in Bangkok.
You may be required to pay the import duties and taxes levied by your country.

Nevertheless, even if for us EVERY customer is equally important from the smallest one to the biggest one, for large ammounts a further discount may be applied.
It depends on the product, the exchange rate, the quantity, etc. . . So you are advised to contact us in case of a very big ammount.
