Coolcare manufacture a large range of self-cooling and heating products from personal cooling to medical and industrial applications. We are the only South African company to manufacture such innovative products.
All our products contain a patented device which is sealed into the seams of all our products to instantly cool wherever they are applied.
The cooling effect lasts for hours and products are reusable and washable. It is safe, non toxic and extremely simple to use.

Since medication is extremely sensitive to heat, our cold-chain products are designed to store any medication at a safe temperature for long periods at a time during transportation.
