Capacity to manufacture 400k pillows, 200k duvets, 160k mattress protectors, 160k units of bedding, together with 140k pieces of in house designed packaging per month ? with the ability to extend this by +30% within 4 weeks.Our site covers 22.500m2 and we employ over 950 people. We have low minimum quantities, large capacity and can offer very quick deliveries if needed.We manufacture pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, bedding and Eco products. We use many types of fabrics and fibres varying in quality to cover budget ranges to high end. As well as offering our own brand, we can also help design and product specific branded packaging (self branded) if required.
