CBS is a well established telecoms engineering support firm and in response to increased demand from our existing customers, we have recently taken occupation of the first phase of a new site in London's Whitechapel, where we are expanding our existing support services to now include truly 'carrier neutral' hosting.
The first phase of this expansion consists of 10,000 sq ft in a massive 60,000 building where, uniquely, we are also able to offer office space to e-businesses wanting to locate staff near to their servers and switches.
Our new facility is within very short digging distance of at least 16 different fibre networks but since we are strictly carrier neutral, we are currently looking for prospective 'anchor' tenants, who would be prepared to work with us to place initial service orders with the carriers, in return for first-mover incentives.
We already have several customers placing service orders with Colt and will look very favourably on any customer placing initial orders with other carriers at this early stage and will be ready to take our first anchor customers in the beginning of 2002.
