We will ask fine from them if any problems happen. And also we have offices in the main ports in China, such as Tianjin and Guangzhou. Before every shipment, we will collect samples from every patch and apply the inspection in CCIB. So seldom the problems happen.
All of our staff are well trained. Their majors are International Trade, Abrasives and Foreign languages. All have more than five years experience in this field. We are required to give reply to customers by fax or email within one day of their inquiry no matter the person in charge is out for business trip or not. We work as a team.
