Cheong Kee has always paid special attention to the production quality and the hygiene of its products. To ensure that its products meet quality standards, hygienic and good taste, Cheong Kee has set up a Quality Control System according to the principles of ISO 9001 and internationally recognized Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System. Such efforts eventually resulted in Cheong Kee being the first company in the Hong Kong fish ball industry to receive the ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate and the HACCP Accreditation. We have also obtained the U.S. FDA registration in the year 2003.
