(hereafter JCRL) is a subsidiary of Capital Engineering and Research Incorporation Limited (hereafter CERI) and is specialized in general contract for the long product projects of iron and steel industry, including management, engineering, procurement, construction and technical service.JCRL consists of Project Management Division, Engineering Division, Procurement Division, Construction Division, and General Management Division, of which all the main leaders and the skeleton staff come from CERI, including senior engineer, class-A architect, cost engineer, engineer, accountant, auditor accountant, etc.Since the 21st century came up to us, the state economy has been developed rapidly. In September of 2002, the bar mill modification project of Shuicheng Steel was awarded the Prize for Excellent project EPC, organized by China Investigation and Engineering Association and China Engineering Consulting Association.
