Company Introduction
Centaur Switch Gear came into existence in the year 1991 to provide quality electroplating solutions to electrical and electronic industries. Forward integration in the year 1994 saw us manufacturing non-ferrous sheet metal components with quality tin and silver plated finishing. The next logical step in our journey (the year 2006) was being presented with an opportunity to develop a 145kV horizontal centre break disconnector prototype for an overseas client. Consequently, there was a shift in focus to manufacturing high voltage disconnectors. Currently, we have over 800 disconnectors in operation.
