CEFLEX has started to manufacture rubber technical products for various industries in Istanbul in the year 1996.CEFLEX has started its production activities with the manufacture of Various Automotive Related EPDM Door Seals and Trunk Seals made of Solid and Sponge Rubber, after the initial Progress it has moved to cover also PVC Edge Trims with Steel Insert, TPE Mono and Coextrusions with and without Steel Inserts. Our newest Investment is the manufacture of PVC Door Seals and Trunk Seals with Solid PVC and EPDM Sponge. Apart from manufacturing also Extruded Products for non Automotive Related Industries, CEFLEX also produces Rubber Hoses, Corner Mouldings, Compression Moulded Products and Injection Moulded Products.Now, CEFLEX exports nearly %95 of its production to the European Union, United States, Canada, Colombia, Brasil,and Middle East.The exported products consist of our main Production Program.CEFLEX has moved its Production facilities to Silivri to its New Plant located only 8 Km. away from the Trans European Motorway, and within 30 minutes of the main Airport, on the Western Coast of Istanbul.The new plant has been established in Closed Space of 2600 m2 within the building site of 15000 m2 and covers the manufacturing departments mentioned below..:Rubber Mixing Workshop and Rubber Compound Control Laboratories.:Rubber Compound Preliminary Preparation Unit.:Rubber Extruding units.:Compression Pressing Unit.:Injection Pressing Unit.:Main Laboratory / RESEARCH-DEVELOPMENT
