As a wholly owned subsidiary to China Building Materials Academy, CBMA Quzhou Kinglass Quartz Co., Ltd is a modern company integrating R&D, Design, manufacturing and sales. The predecessor of the company is Beijing Kinglass Quartz Co., Ltd, which was established in 2001 and honored as the "High-teach Enterprise of Beijing".
Has been passed the ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System Certification, our company completed more than 10 of science & technology projects form the national and local. We are now participating two "International Cooperation Projects" and one "National Key Technology R&D Program" from the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC. At present, our company has declared 4 national invention patents and 10 national utility model patents. Being honored with 5 prizes of "Industry/Ministry Science & Technology Award", we have drafted the "National Standards": "Quartz Glass Handle for Optical Fiber Manufacture", and participated in the drafting of other 3 "Industry/National Standards". As an introduced project of Quzhou, we been approved to established "Academician Workstation" and "Enterprise Research Institute" science the year 2014.
Our company has a complete production line, including materials preparation and processing, which can produce JGS2 quartz glass more than 400 tons and produce JGS3 quartz glass more than 20 tons. Currently, we have an annual production capacity of more than 40000 "quartz glass handles" for optical fiber manufacture and can manufacture "quartz glass wafer" over 200 thousand pieces. As a supporting industry, we also fabricate thousands of quartz glass apparatus for semiconductor industry and solar energy industry each a year. We have many years of production experience of "high performance quartz" for IC industry and photovoltaic industry, and we have a strong technical force to undertake map sample processing business. Today, our products are highly appreciated by majority of customers with top quality and favorable price, so it's well sold all over the country and exported abroad.
