Candemir Makina was established as a small scaled enterprise in 1981. Since the establishment of our company we have manufactured and continue to manufacture various machinery parts for major industries. Candemir Makina is a certified company that adheres to International Quality System Standards ISO 9001:2000 outlined by the AQA. Machinery in our plant is used to produce machining-turned parts, hydraulic hoses and tube products. Metal and non-metal parts are also manufactured according to client drawing/S or sample/S. Parts produced by CNC that range from 8 mm to 200 mm in diameter, undergo processes such as turning, drilling, milling, cutting, threading with tight tolerances (e. G.001inch = 0.02 mm) according to the machinability of the parts.
In our plant, hydraulic brake hoses, pressure hose and steering hoses are assembled. Hoses are obtained from suppliers and are then assembled with fittings, adapters and connectors (that have been manufactured in our plant) according to the clients drawing or sample. Hydraulic hoses, pressure hoses, brake hoses, steering hoses and fuel hoses that have been assembled in our plant undergo a 100% pressure test, brust test, VIP test, break off test for quality control purposes. Once our products undergo and surpass such quality control tests and standards they are then delivered to customers.
