The company was established in 1997. As of the very beginning it operates in the field of the design, development and production of luxurious dining-room sets household tables and chairs, furniture for restaurants, cafes, etc. Without any exception, all articles are company design and are patented. We are aiming at innovation in the field of the design, ergonomics, and quality of the articles we produce. Due to all this, within ten years our presence on the domestic market has been stable and persistent. We successfully operate with more than hundred shops in the country and continue to develop out commercial chain.
We have exported to Greece, Montenegro, Belgium, Switzerland and others. We have participated in many Bulgarian exhibitions, as well as at the fair in Thessaloniki. Our production was presented at the Koln the fair in 2003 as well.
Our production facilities are located in Gabrovo. We have specialized machines for production of chairs which we bough from the European Union, and we continue investing in such machinery trying to achieve even higher quality of performance. We use high-quality consumables and materials, and we apply a lot of finishing in the surface treatment of the details.
As of 2005, the company has developed and implemented a quality management system under ISO9001:2000. The company personnel is 40 people; among them a technologist, production organizer, operators of specialized machines, operators of wood-processing machines, workers for finish treatment, assemblers, workers with squirt equipment, a turner and a welder. The production facilities area is presently 1800 sq.m., as the building is a property of Bul Art EOOD.
The increase of the production necessities and the production volume require extension of the production facilities. Therefore, we have bought land in the industrial area with area of 3000 sq.m. The project for the construction of the building and all construction permits are ready. The zero cycle is finished and the columns of a part of the future premises are mounted. However, due to the large amount of the investment presently the site is suspended. Currently, the company participates in the PHARE-program for the purchase of specialized presses for bending of details through a high-frequency generator. We received the approval of the Ministry of Economics and Energetics and the documentation phase of the project is running
Our ambitions for the near future are to improve the production technology through purchase of high-efficiency specialized machines, improvement of labour conditions and payment in accordance with the new terms for work in the European Union, search of serious partners abroad, and, at most, provision of financing for the construction of our new production facilities.
