BPS Instrument Co., Ltd. was founded on 11 February 2002 by Mr Panya Boonpasook. He realized that although laboratory and test instruments were available widely, most of them were still expensive, and consequently, the maintenance cost was high as well. Mr Panya, therefore, gathered his friends from Faculty of Engineering from Rajamangala University of Technology, and Mahanakorn University of Technology, and created a team of experts, who at that time already had over 15 years of experience, to focus on maintenances.
