SPONGE LAMINATING MACHINEType TIP.SZLG-00/1Information SheetBONUS KFT.The machine type TIP.SZLG-00/1 manufactured by BONUS Household Cleaning Utensils LTD has been designed for laminating sponges with felt or sponge using hot gluing technology. This machine having an excellent price-value rate is suited for-continuous three-shift work-processing sponges with the dimension of 2000 mm x 1600 mm with a thickness between 20 mm - 40 mm.-any hot glues.Depending on the type of glue the laminated sponge can be further processed within half an hour or even immediately. Working session of the machinePreparatory procedure:-Warming up the cylinders and the glue by its separate glue warming unit up to 140�� if necessary 占�asts about half an hour,-opening the separator knife and setting the amount of glue to be applied onto the cylinders with the help of the two pre-set screws,-pumping glue into the glue reservoir then onto the cylinders.Laminating procedure:-Laminating the sponge laid onto the input table with felt or an other sponge by pressing them together while advancing the product,-cutting the felt (sponge),-further pressing the product by the output ironing table. Supplementary procedure:-Advancing out the rest felt (sponge)-replacing the glue with cleaning agent and cleaning the system in case of glue types requiring it.
