BIYO NET (Co. ) is established in 1998 as BIYOTEK (Inc. ). In 2005, with a company marriage with NET OIL (Co. ), it is restructured and renamed as BIYO NET and started an ambitious investment plan. Now it has a multi-purpose chemical plant (5,000 m2) of its own in Istanbul after a 8.6 million *s investment completed in 5 months (now operating with 64 employees with 25 % university graduates). Now it is expending its investment towards a new production plant (of 4,500 m2) dedicated only to cosmetics. It is pursuing several projects including establishment of a private port for its own at Black Sea coast of Turkey. It is keenly interested in doing business with companies of other Black Sea countries on all possible business opportunities.
