We will only deal with Direct Buyers or their Appointed Mandates. We will Need an LOI to start with.
These are the conditions of the Seller and We are not willing to go against it.
Note that the crude oil will be delivered directly to where you want it[cif], and other negotiation can be reached once I see a positive answer from your side, and to God be the Glory and may he be with all of us.
