Bazhou Hongsheng Steel Industrial Co., Ltd was founded in Novemer, 2000 and locates inside of Zhongxing Industry Park which is in the east of Bazhou. The company ascendants geographical location, convenient traffic environment and conspicuous regional advantages with favorable natural conditions bring out the best in each other.
Our company occupies 260,000 square meters. Our yearly sales breaks 30 billion. Our product line covers hot rolled steel strip, cold rolled steel strip, galvanized steel strip, induction welded steel pipe & water atomized iron powder.
Our company invested two set of advanced hot-rolled production line, which takes latest 6RA70 Digital DC speeder from Siemens. Rolling line has excellent stability. Company has 30 sets four-roller cold rolling equipment, 4 sets of 650 reversible cold rolling equipment, two sets of continuous rolling line, two sets of continuous annealing line, 10 sets of induction welding equipment which has energy saving and better weld seam character and suitable for high quality pipe production. Hongsheng has production capability for 1.2 million tons strip with specification 145-350 mm width 2.5 mm thickness, 300 thousand tons of bright strip and annealed strip with specification of 27-550 mm width and 0.4-2.0 mm thickness 300 thousand tons high-precision welded pipe. All products are widely used in pipe, cold-rolled, furniture manufacturing, construction, sports & other fields. Our company also invested high quality product lines of mixing metal powder, also can adjust the product by the requirements from customers.
