Kiwiclean International Limited is one of several companies in our group. We trade properties, businesses and machinery in addition to advising businesses on matters associated with these business activities.
We have a growing data base of business contacts and are keen to develop associations with those outside of New Zealand. We are prepared to consider opportunities off shore provided that there is some tangible benefits for us in undertaking the tasks put our way.
We have expertise in a range of property types including residential, commercial and recently with developments. Currently we have some 8 projects all involving appropriately zoned land that we are seeking investors for (in various parts of New Zealand).
Regarding our involvement with businesses, we seek those involved in horticulture or agriculture especially, but will consider finding businesses where these are needed - that includes acting on behalf of undisclosed principals for cash or shares. We are able to access businesses seeking acquisitions or mergers in New Zealand or elsewhere in the Pacific. We can assist with avocado or kiwifruit growers, processors and exporters.
Our involvement with machinery has been limited but we currently have access to a milk processing plant that is available for immediate sale - this plant can be adopted for some other dairy products and it dis-assembly can easily be arranged here taht would include packaging for import into your country.
