BWL has the capability to manufacture diverse range of wheels forpassenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural tractors and 4x4vehicles. The annual production capacity is 2.5 million wheels perannum. The company is corresponding member of ETRTO. The Plant iswell equipped with highly sophisticated facilities comprising ofthe material preparation line, heavy and light duty rim lines, apress line having presses of upto 1500-ton capacity, an assemblyand welding line with CO2 and submerged arc welding machines. Themanufacturing is complemented by two conveyorised paint shops withseven stages pretreatment system and the second one comprises ofthe most modern Cathodic Electro Deposition painting process usinglatest paints from Kansai Paint Co. Japan. Specialized facilitiesof pickling and oiling shot blasting, tool and die making repairingand quality testing/inspection also exist. BWL supplies wheels forall major companies, OEMs of Pakistan Automotive Industry. Itscustomers at present are Toyota, Suzuki, Hinopak, Master, Daewoo,Yuejin, Messy Ferguson and Fiat . BWL is also exporting wheels onregular basis to countries like Germany, England, Ireland, Italy,South America, Thailand, Malaysia, Syria, Sudan, Dubai, Sri-Lankaand Bangladesh etc. Our target is to increase our export orders byadding OEM customers abroad by using the advantage of ourcompetitive prices and high quality standards and being in longterm partnership.
