Company Introduction
Hello and welcome to Babeeni Vietnam. My name is Duong Thi Phuong Hien, the owner of Babeeni Vietnam Company Limited.
My family has over 20 years' experience in embroidered handicrafts. I started my embroidery business at the age of 20 when I was a second-year student. The business was initially quite overwhelming but I was determined. One month after university graduation, on March 21st in 2007, our company was established with the name of "Asia Craft and furniture Company Limited". At that time, my private house was even used as our office. During the first few years of running the company, we faced a lot of difficulties. The total number of employees was three staff, including me who managed all the marketing, customer service, accounting tasks etc and two other four-hour part time staff.
In 2008, February, I got married to Mr. Le Thanh Hai, who also joined in running the company as our Vice Director.
Since 2008, under our management - I and my husband - the business has thrived and we started a workshop in Thuong Tin district, Ha Tay, in 2009.
2010 can be considered as a turning-point of our business when a 500m2 factory was built in Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province with the total number of full time employees of 100 and many part time employees.
In 2012, our factory was moved to Hong Hung commune, Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province with the area of 10000m2. It is also our current factory which includes two main manufacturing areas, a clothing warehouse, a laundry area and a canteen. The number of full time employees in our current factory is over 300. In addition, we have many employees in other workshops in Chi Linh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, and Chuong My.
In 2016, March, we are planning to build another 12.000m2 factory for manufacturing.
Over the past few years of managing the company, I have been trying my best to improve the quality of the products, the working environment as well as the salary for the employees.
I would like to thank my amazing husband for running the business with me, supporting me on this amazing journey with all of you.
