The visionary Kejriwal brothers founded Anand Silk Mills more than thirty years ago with an aim to bring about a contemporary textile revolution in India. After having recognised the importance of reinventing and transforming the existing scenario in the fabric production industry, the brothers
used their astute entrepreneurial skills coupled with immense foresight resulting in the creation of their first fabric brand in 1979. This was a turning point in the companys history following which there was no looking back.
Right through the 80s and 90s, the company continued to flourish by catering to the ever growing and fast changing needs of textile markets in India. They also began to tap into the foreign markers thereby establishing a widespread export network. Today the companys global coverage includes over forty countries in Europe, USA, Latin America, Middle East and Asia.
In 2010 the company changes its name to ASM Industries. ASM is now considered to be one of the leading producers and exporters of Fabric. Besides that, the company has significant operations in Apparel manufacturing.
It can therefore be said that ASM goal is to constantly provide one stop solution for, customers who can enjoy a seamless fabric to garment experience. ASM is a globally visible brand in the textile sector thanks to its presence at various prestigious trade shows that are held around the world. The company is currently expanding with the second generation of the Kejriwal brothers at its helm. In 2012, ASM Industries, are synonymous with stability and credibility.
