We produce extra-virgin olive oil from the olives, which are selected from the area, called ida mountains (located at the aegean coast of turkey). It is known that this area (ida mountains) is the second on the world having the highest oxygen rate in the air. So, the air quality of the area affects the taste, the aroma and the quality of the oils, and this air quality makes the oil much healthier.
