IN that respect we need to have available sources to you with price levels.Of course we will give LOI ,ICPO , SPA Etc as per the well-known norms, and we always guarantee any Over price through NCNDA and IMFPA in case we are not the direct Buyers or Sellers.We also deal in D2, Mazut and D6 through an American Company ( from Russian sources).
