We, BOYI Co ., Ltd, manufacture quality high-pressure hydraulic piston pumps, main control valves and pump spare parts.
We provide hydraulic piston pumps, main control valves and hydraulic system solutions, for excavators, mining machines, cranes and agricultural machines manufacturers.
Our factory is located in Hefei city, the central part of China, which is a professional high-tech enterprise, approved by the central government, devoted to researching, developing and manufacturing high-pressure piston pumps & main control valves.
1. Our history:
1995-11-16: we established Hefei City Sanxing Excavator Co ., Ltd, with 400 staff, whose business is
the production of parts for Japanese brand excavator and Atlas.
we've been one supplier for Japan excavator in China for nearly 20 years in Hefei city, and produce structure parts, like booms, arms, buckets & many others, for more than 20 excavator models, 1400 types of parts totally.
the production of about 1000 parts for Atlas in China;
2004-5: get ISO9001-2000 quality system certificate;
2006-3: complete a new factory with 12,000 square meters for capacity expansion;
2008-1-7: establish BOYI company, and specialize in hydraulic piston pumps and main control valves.
2. Our products for export:
The products that we're well exporting now:
1). Complete pumps: replacements of Kawasaki K3V63/112/140/180DT, K5V80/140DT, pumps for Kobelco SK200/210/230/250-6, SK200/210/230/250-6E, SK200/210LC/250/260LC-8, SK330/350LC-8, developped BPA80/100DT & single pumps.
2). Main control valves: KMX-15R valves.
3). Pump parts of HPV95, HPV105, K3V63/112/140/180DT, K5V80/140DT, Komatsu, Hitachi and Rexroth series.

We manufacture products, for two markets:
1: We provide hydraulic piston pumps, main control valves and hydraulic system for excavators, mining machines, cranes and agricultural machines manufacturers.
2: Repair market of international brands excavators.
4. Our advantages and difference:
1): local goverment's shares hold with us, and state government investment support (We got the national support in October, 2008 on the project of manufacturing 10000 ultra-high pressure hydraulic system components).
2): The competitive quality as Japan KPM (Kawasaki Precision Machinery), higher than Korean standard, but for price, ours are much lower than Kawasaki source, higher than Korean.

Our company attaches great importance to the product quality and reputation. The raw materials of our key components are directly imported from Europe and the United States. We have also imported CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines and grinding machines, and established a heat treatment workshop and formed the unique heat treatment technology. .
