The idea which is incorporated into the system is the idea of contract and organic farming using vermicomposts where farmers are contracted to produce the food grains in their own fields and the company is responsible in the marketing of their products. The products are developed in the most hygienic conditions and every process is taken due care by the farmers who benefit from this endeavour. The company is basically a conglomerate of farmers at the grass root level and their connection to the market at all the levels. It has tied up with a few agricultural and rural institutes of government of india for all the knowhow related to the process of organic farming.
