CIF DELIVERIES (discount is $6/$4 to European destination and $5/$3 to U.S and $4/$2 to Asian destination)
*1. Seller provides the Buyer with draft contract by e-mail.
*2. After terms are agreed Seller signs and seals the contract and
dispatches to the Buyer in form of e-mail.
*3. Buyer countersigns the contract and dispatches a duplicate copy to the Seller in form of e-mail.
*4. Buyer and Seller deposit same at their respective Banks.
*5. Seller sends Proof of product to Seller via email for buyer confirmation.
*6. Buyer sends proof of fund (MT202 or MT760 or MT103) to seller bank
*7. Seller sends a 2% operative performance bond to buyers bank
*8. Seller charters and load vessel and send the document to the buyer.
*9. Buyer post by swift to sellers bank an operative, divisible,
transferable confirmable DLC to sellers bank.
10. Buyer places payment order (LC) to all agents and brokers.
11. Seller deliver product to buyer safe port.
12. Buyer pays for product and all intermediaries via TT 3 days after
delivery.

11. Seller issues ATB to buyer supercargo men and inspection agents for the purpose of Q & Q analysis at Togo Triangle and all documents handed over to buyer. Also buyer negotiates with vessel management for voyage.
12. within three banking days of successful Q& Q analysis, payment is affected to Seller and all brokers and agents account via TT/SWIFT wire transfer.
13. Vessel sails to buyer destination.
