Leather
Our leather products leather Jacket and Coats, Ladies Handbags and Purse, Executive bags, Document folder, Toiletries case etc. We produce high quality of leather in our own factory in Pakistan. Our research team investigates more environmentally -friendly production methods and develops new and innovative types of leather. Aijaz & Co tanning process is conducted in compliance with the strictest environmental rules and requirements.
The Process
Aijaz & Co purchase rawhide from all over the world. In our factory in Pakistan, the leather is washed several times in large drums to remove dirt, hair and natural fat. The hides are also processed in different machines that remove the fat and make the hides slim.
In the tannery, the hides undergo a chemical tanning process which makes them smooth, soft and flexible. The hides are then referred to as wet blue because of the blue-green shade which they acquire when they are treated. The wet blue is tanned in drums with colour and is dried, stretched, sprayed and pressed to get the right look, feel and quality of the finished leather.
Quality
Our quality leather is tested to guarantee that it meets quality requirements before entering production. During the production process, quality control department focus on every aspect, from leather thickness to stitching - to ensure high quality products.

Agriculture
Our Agriculture products include Rice, Wheat and Lentils. We produce high quality of wheat flour in our own Mill in Lahore, Pakistan. Our products are widely used for confectioneries products i.e. Bread, Biscuits, Pasta and Cakes. The flour is made from locally grown wheat.
