More than 250 stitching machines, manned with the most appropriate operators, AG Apparels is capable of producing versatile garments ranging from basic to high fashion, men's, women's and kids with maximum flexibility in size and color assortments. PROFILE: You might have known that Cotton and Textile Products are the major export oriented business in Pakistan. There are thousands of knitted/woven textiles and in Pakistan involved in manufacturing of different types of quality items and exporting to USA, Canada and Europe. Due to competitive price and trained labor and the best quality products, buyers from USA, Canada and Europe are very much interested in importing garment products. We would like to introduce ourselves as manufacturer of Knitted & woven apparel and garments---fashion, Sports & Casual. We are in the international market since 1999 and exporting the best garments.
EMPLOYEES: We have a blended team over employees from cut to pack operations having enough abilities to execute their work with maximum enthusiasm.
ASSEMBLY LINE: We have top of the line 200 stitching machines covering full range of upper and under garments with a large verity of special machines like elastic attach flat lock, feed of the arm, bar tack, Button holler and button attachment. Currently we have lock stitch (Juki), over lock (Yamato), flat lock (Pegasus & Yamato) & 20 special machines installed at our unit. We also have in house printing facility with most advanced technology of heat sealing. This section is equipped with modern machines to facilitate the requirements of our valued customers. All these activities are performed by our energetic, strong and motivated team comprises over 150 workers from bottom to top AG Apparels one of the best vertical integrated setup having purchasing to packing facilities of value added products. We have in-house cut to pack facility with over 100 machines.
