End use applications for our spun yarn product array are diverse.
The main specialty of ATL is cotton yarn of 16 / 1-28 / 1 carded. The machinery for the mills was imported from Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Italy. This state of the art spinning unit comprises of 20000 spindles with a complete back process. The company is considering to aquire 5 comber machines with a lap former for the production of combed yarn which is in great demand at home in Pakistan and in the international markets. The company has its own ginning facilities with a capacity to produce 250 bales of cotton in a day. Presently the company is producing 100% cotton yarn which is carded and electronically spliced. The company has is own water supply and electricity systems. Accord Textiles Timited is situated in Kamalia, the heartland of cotton growing belt in between multan and faisalabad.
