COMPLEX 1 is a diversified enterprise, that wasfounded in 1991 by scientific workers of Rostov institute of civilengineering. For today the enterprise consists of great team ofhighly qualified engineers and workers. One of the main activitiesof the company is manufacturing and installation of modular(sectional) bolted water tanks. All technologicalprocesses related to manufacturing of bolted water tanks are takenat production area of our plant. Modern lathes, coordinate-punchingand laser machines, sheet bending machines and presses, latesttechnologies and instruments for metalworking allow to the plant toproduce high qulity water tanks in tight schedule.Our plant is the sole manufacturer of bolted steel water tanks inRussian Federation and CIS countries. We produce tanks withcapacity from 0.5 to 30,000 cbm (tons)COMPLEX 1 produces bolted reservoirs of twotypes:1. Cylindrical and rectangular water tanks Iceberg made ofstainless steel;2. Cylindrical water tanks Don's 1st made of galvanizedsteel.Main advantages of modular (sectional)reservoirs:1. Compact package, which allows to deliver tanks even tohard-to-get regions by average tented vehicle or in standardcontainer;2. Easy and fast assembling and disassembling, possibility todisassemble reservoir and assemble it at a new place;3. Possibility of erection in any places and in limited space,where it's impossible installation of reservoirs of other types(alpine areas, indoors, roofs, basements, etc.);4. Possibility to produce tanks of almost any shapes and sizes;5. Absence of welded connections, this means absence of weak placesfor corrosion, possibility to use thinner metal, ans absence offire damage caused by welding work.For producing of our reservoirs we use only high-quality materials,each consignment of materials is being tested in the lab forcompliance with requirements and standards.Water tanks can be equipped with additional technological elementsor equipment, such as roof fence, railings, ladder cages,heating systems, coils, absorber filters for purifiying of incominginto the reservoir air, control-measuring instrumentations andautomatics, and so on. Due to the thermal insulation and heating systems installing, ourwater tanks can be exploited almost at any unfavorable climateconditions.For purifiying of the air, which comes into the tank during it'sfilling or discharge, installation of special filteringsystems (absorber filters) is possible.
