Zhejiang Wellong Ind. & Trade Co., Ltd. is a leading bicycle manufacturer in China. In 2012, the new factory was built. It is based in Dajiangdong Industrial Hangzhou and has registered capital of 26 million US *s. There are currently more than 500 employees working for Wellong, which covers as large as 11.5 acres (46,000 m2). Some of the main product lines are urban bike, child bike, mountain bike, road and commuting bike, BMX/dirt jump, bike parts and components etc.
Wellong is proud of its rich experience and history in producing bikes since the brand 'Wellong' was established in 1996. Wellong now has become member of China Bicycle Association, senior member of Zhejiang Bicycle Association. It is one of 1433 companies worldwide to have obtained membership of International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) in 2009. Furthermore, Wellong holds Wal-Mart Factory Capability & Capacity Assessment (FCCA) and Global Security Verification (GSV).
Wellong is equipped with leading techniques and professional assembly lines including but not limited to automated welding (OTC mechanical arm), electrostatic spraying technology, product quality examination and control. It understands and advocates modern technology so as to actively introducing robotic arms to its assembly lines. Having some of the best assembly lines in China, Wellong has a production capacity of around ten thousand bikes every single day. With three main divisions: designing, manufacturing, and marketing, Wellong steadily grows to be a group corporation.
Since the very beginning, Wellong is always targeting high-end customers and mainly undertakes OEM orders for European and U.S. markets. For the past 20 years, Wellong has been successfully examined for its top quality and service over the global market by exporting over eight million bikes.
