WrightWay Music Products was founded in 1978. After many years of retail music store experience, WrightWay began by manufacturing a few unique, niche products for the music business, products not offered by anyone else. Using the contacts made through the years with the retail store, WrightWay's products are successfully marketed to many national distributors as well as directly to retail stores and the internet. WrightWay's products are well established and the bra products are considered the industry standard for guitar finish protection. There are currently seven products in the WrightWay line with two major products providing the core business, namely the Hanger-Bra and the Stand-Bra products. Customers consist of The Martin Guitar Company, Musicorp, St Louis Music, Davitt & Hanser Music, Chesbro Music, Harris-Teller, C. Bruno & Son and many others. The WrightWay name can be found in all major music publications such as the Music Trades Purchaser's Guide and the Music Merchandisers Review Purchaser's Guide. Advertising is done in these publications as well as Guitar World, National Association of Music Merchants publications, and others. New product development at WrightWay has been ongoing from inception. Currently, a new product is in the working which consists of an instructional CD relating to open tunings on the guitar. The music products business is very unique, fun, and exciting. It is a small, closeknit industry which is very difficult for a newcomer to enter. One industry association ( NAMM ) produces a trade show twice annually....Anaheim, California and Nashville, Tennessee. This is the only door to the business and WrightWay has been a NAMM member for many years and a trade show exhibitor in both Anaheim and Nashville as well as off sites such as Atlantic City, Atlanta, and New Orleans.
