1. If you do not need a UAE residence visa, and all you need is a bank account, we suggest you go in for a RAK International Company. This will get you a legal entity, a bank account and can in fact be a holding company too. This being an International Company, does not come with a license, Activity will be mentioned in the M&AOA. Costs with a bank account will be AED 12,600 for incorporation and AED 7,600 for renewal.
2. If you do need a license and a Free Zone package with a license then the package cost starts from AED 29,800 for year 1 excluding visas. Visa package will be AED 5,500 per applicant including medical examination, and you can apply for up to 3 visas. (The cost is for a single shareholder company. Additional shareholder will increase costs by AED 5,000 for preparing the M&AOA
3. We also have a 3third option which is the LLC Company. This is for people wanting to have physical presence in the mainland areas (non Free Zone)
