In addition to product compliance testing of solar inverters our team can offer expert testing and simulation of Solar Inverter operation. Where else can you run the inverter at any solar DC input while connected to any grid set to any value, at elevated temperatures and run them 24 hours a day.
Our programmable a.c. RLC load allows exact load conditions to be connected and measured to ensure the load conditions can be obtained at the press of button. Again maximizing through put to ensure correct outcomes.
Reporting to AS/NZS 60529 through our Automated Water Test area and Dust test chambers that are the envy of other labs allow rapid turn around on IP testing by removing setup and testing time to reduce costs.
Our materials testing can ensure flammability is appropriate for the application. Common on imported goods with overseas reports is component substitution weather for cost or availability. When this is done with alternate component will often have reduced rating. Let our engineers test the materials for flammability in accordance with AS/NZS 60695 and product specific requirements it ensures you are importing what you think you are.
Along with our grid connection test suite we can also perform Flicker and harmonics EMC testing in accordance with AS NZS 61000.3.3-2012.
We can test the insulation resistance and insulation strength at values up to 5000 Vac and 6000 Vdc. We have temperature data logging.
