IntroductionUnion Dredgers & Marine Contracting Co LLC is focussed on dredger manufacture, Sale and dredging contracts has been independently operational since 2005 with techno commercial collaboration with Italdraghe Italy a pioneer in the field of manufacture of Dredgers since 1968.Though we specialize in manufacture of Cutter suction dredgers, we also manufacture & supply Hopper dredgers, augur suction dredgers, dewatering wheels, horizontal dredging pumps, dredging components, Pontoons, Barges, Multitask Vessels, dredger anchor tender.Our standard manufactured design sizes vary from 150 mm to 600 mm cutter suction dredgers with total installed on-power of upto 2600 HP, but our speciality being tailor made design manufacture as per customer requirements.We also supply submersible dredging pumps with bottom agitators from Dragflow Italy with upto 300 mm suction capabilities for inaccessible dredging operations with adjustable Pontoons and barges being designed & fabricated locally.Mission :Our Presence in the Middle East markets has offered the dredging markets cost effective innovative solutions which are easy to operate & maintain. Five dredging pontoons 8 inch discharge of with submersible pumps and special design water jets.2). 16 inch cutter suction dredger with a discharge capacity of 2500 CuM/ hr dredging depth upto 12 meter and cutter head power of 150 HP.3). 12 inch cutter suction dredger with a discharge capacity of 1800 CuM/hr dredging depth upto 10 meter and cutter head power of 110 HP.4). 8 inch suction dredger with discharge of 450 CuM/hr water jets of 100 cum/hr.5). 15 meter long and 8 meter long barges fully operational.6). Hyundai 330 excavator model 2007.7).
