We are energy technology distributors. Our diesel fuel catalyst technology is patented and proprietary to the U. S. Military and has recently become available commercially. The product was created exclusively for the military to enhance the properties of diesel fuel to assist in improving engine performance, reduce emissions, NOx, and particulate matter, and reduce fuel usage. The product benefits have been independently verifed and extensively field-tested.
The fuel savings of 5% to 20%, sometimes more, increased engine performance including horsepower and torque, greater lubricity in fuel pumps, injectors and cycliners, and reduced emissions of up to 66% have been verified in locomotives, trucks of all sizes including companies in distribution and concrete, heavy construction equipment, marine vessels, transit buses, large generators, among many others.
It is the only diesel fuel catalyst to have passed both the Caterpillar 1K test and the Railroad R-503 test, and its benefits have been verified by the Dept. Of Energy through testing performed by the Energy Institute at Penn State University.
The product is registered by the EPA as a diesel multifunctional additive. It is available in 55-gallon drums and in gallon jugs,4 gallons to a case. Skid size is 36 cases.
The oil catalyst technology we offer was created for the aerospace industry and is now also available commercially. It was tested independently by the Goddard Space Center and has been field-tested as well in many of the same companies and industries as the diesel fuel catalyst.
Tests have shown 50% more friction reduction than any other lubricant formulation. It has been proven to withstand combustion temperatures up to 6,000 degrees. It will also reduce hydraulic temperatures up to 15 degrees.
