TONINNI CZ ***** was founded in order to share our passion for the ancient culture of Apulia and its main regional agricultural product, extra virgin olive oil. The company aspires to spread an awareness of this wonderful product across the world. Apulia has always been at the crossroads of cultures - a virtual bridge spanning the Mediterranean.TONINNI CZ ***** is an Italian - Czech company, emphasising the strong connection between Italy and the Czech Republic, since although far apart geographically, these countries have a symbiotic relationship placing a high emphasis on individual national characteristics.In this respect TONINNI CZ ***** has combined the knowledge and experience of the Ruggiero family and with those of its Czech partners.The Ruggiero family has been building up its knowledge and experience of working with olive oil for more than hundred years in order to constantly improve the quality of the processing and to secure a product which is unique and irreplaceable.The current representative of the family, Mr Don Tonino, guarantees a continuation of the family traditions and sees it as his mission to supply our customers with a product which brings taste and pleasure to their tables.TONINNI CZ's registered office is in the town of Mola di Bari, a seaside town south of the main town of the region, and thus it is situated right in the middle of the main olive oil region in Apulia. The south-east part of Bari is covered with mostly ancient olive trees, for which sweet varietals and subtle oils are typical, and the north of Bari is ruled by the queen of varietals, "Coratina". This varietal adds body to the extra virgin olive oil, and increases its nutritional value and beneficial impact on human health.Over the years we have perfected our blend of the very best extra virgin olive oils from Apulia and we use only the best plants in the region for processing.Each drop of oil bottled for TONINNI CZ ***** is a concentration of the tradition and history of the Apulia region.
